Monday – Our Crema enchiladas are made with a rich, flavorful, velvety white sauce, a Mexican Alfredo if you will, and filled with your choice of chicken or shrimp. Served with sides of beans and rice.
Tuesday – Made fresh, in house, steamed in husks… a labor of love! Chicken, beef or Black bean/Gouda. Covered in our rich sauces made from Hatch, New Mexico chiles, served with sides of beans and rice or a green salad. Scrumptious!
Wednesday – Made by hand, in house, these corn flour dumplings are filled with chicken or shrimp, creamy cheeses, herbs and spices, flash fried until golden and crispy. Chicken or Shrimp.
Thursday – Plump, juicy shrimp sauteed in a delicious plethora of seasonings and spices, fresh herbs, and peppers. A spicy shrimp dish served with a timbale of Basmati Lime Rice, and a cup of black beans. Full flavored and spicy.
Friday – We roast and stuff this pepper in house with spicy shrimp, smoked Gouda cheese, Monterey Jack cheese, herbs and spices. Served with sides of beans and rice. This relleno is perfect.
Saturday – Premium lump Blue Crab seasoned to perfection with fresh herbs, spices and lime, mounds of creamy Monterey Jack cheese fill this fabulous quesadilla. Served with fresh avocado and a creamy lime sauce for dipping.
